Sitting in my hotel room designing a private resort, after traveling through an international airport to get to the first stop in Belize and take an island hopper plane to then catch a ride on a golf cart to arrive at the resort 2 miles aways, the Spanish lady knocks at the door.  It opens and there is my wife.  I guess she didn’t want to stay in cold rainy weather in February after she saw where I HAD to work.  Later that evening, relaxing on the beach, the pelicans gave us a show.  Always have your camera ready.
